From the opening frame to the end of the hour on November 13, 2009, Dick Wolf et al. articulated what the coalition isn’t just talking about doing, it’s in the process of arranging and effecting; namely a continuation with military and global hegemony motivated human experimentation and a failure to comply with the demand to surrender and verifiably account for stealth cognition technologies is grounds for the use of lethal military force and capital punishment.
It’s a reasonable inference that at least some Fiefdom treatise recipients are putting what’s argued on the website to the test by watching and taping programs listed in the Table of Contents to see for themselves if what is said about the confidential lexicon in the documenting supplemental is actually embedded in these productions. Should that be the case then they would have seen what was inserted in the Friday the 13th episode of ‘Law & Order’.
The geo-theme was to high profile what was argued in The 'Elevator Incident' - Field Testing Stealth Cognition Technologies After Fifteen Years of Covert Militarized Human Experimentation and link it with what’s in Maxine Bernier and The Sidewinder Report: Valuable and Highly Corroborating Windows Into the True Nature of Canadian Governance – a Massive Criminal Enterprise; or Canada = Gangster Government. The combination of these technologies with a surreptitious assassination without culpability initiative has been repeatedly condemned and, according to this diplomatic initiative in particular, for which lethal military force and the death penalty is warranted. The malfeasant again laughed at the coalition about this threat, choosing to crash the VCR during transcription twice and making his nose itch several times through remote effected hypnosis; a couple when the threat of termination was being transcribed to throw the threat back at the only person they think they can assault with impunity.
The plot begins with the murder of a witness believed to be committed by a defendant boyfriend. However, as the investigation proceeds it becomes apparent that the real culprit is a former Assistant District Attorney cum mob defense lawyer, who’s perceived to be complicit in the killing of the witness and two others – three in total – that were standing in the way of him looking like he was a fantastic criminal litigator.
The first scene opens with a close-up of the defendant, who’s executing a protracted Natasha Maneuver and his co-accused a ‘gun to the temple’ Richie-Santelli Maneuver as the A.D.A. delivered his opening remarks to the jury:
The evidence will clearly show that William Avery and Karen Murdock were illicit lovers who conspired together to murder Mrs. Murdock’s husband and collect his insurance. You’ll hear from a witness who sold Mr. Avery the murder weapon. You will also hear from Mr. Avery’s former girlfriend to whom he drunkenly bragged of his plan to get rich by killing quote some rich old guy too rich to live. It will be your duty to send him and his accomplice to prison so we will all be safe from their lethal stupidity.

At the word “conspired” Wolf et al. insert a Thalia Maneuver by defense counsel and a 60 Minutes Maneuver by the co-defendant – highlighting one of the core indictments against the Chinada High Command and its multitudinous followers and supporters. And at “collect” the A.D.A. walks into view attired in prison certainty and justice – which refers to the debt they owe society for their crimes. At “it will be your duty” a quasi-Clooney Maneuver is embedded – underscoring the responsibility the international community has to protect itself against the kind of threats the malfeasant pose; and “send him and his accomplice to prison” another Thalia Maneuver. The A.D.A. concludes with a Terminator Maneuver to draw attention to the pubescent sociopathology constituent of Canadian governance that's led to the Chinada High Command and their ilkengaging in “lethal stupidity” because of the death it attracts either by way of military force or after 'Iron Fist' tribunal convictions.
The next sequence of events is at the murder scene. The victim is the witness that was supposed to testify. The corpse is attired in a scarf with a prison certainty pattern and is the color of condemnation and Presidential quantum; the shirt is prison certainty – all making for a very powerful set of communiqués. As Detective Lupo describes the fact there are two shell casings, Wolf et al. edit-in a wide-pan clip of the situation filmed at ground level. In the foreground are the two yellow evidence markers on each side of the screen where the shell casings landed. Marker #1 is on the left and on the right is #2 – constituting the number 12, a coalition identifier, and a clever way to convey how lethal military force and the death penalty are warranted for what the ‘elevator incident’ represents – a communiqué that it is as candid as it is graphic.
As the hotel porter describes what he saw – a blue Audi out of which the fatal shots were fired – Detective Lupo is inspecting the body and executes a Clooney Maneuver to give a communiqué just delivered more efficacy. A school bus, with its distinctive yellow paint and red backlight lenses, is maneuvered into position behind Detective Green to juxtapose a China reference, child prison certainty theme and the “perish” element of The Triple “P” of Objective Attainment: Poverty, Prison, Perish to underscore why the coalition is working so hard to defeat The Soviet Union The Sequel. And included with the detective’s observation “one to the face, one to the body” is a crime scene tech adding that a pigeon lying beside the body also took a bullet – which equals three.
The investigation led to a crime figure who the deceased worked for that was shipping vehicles traded in under the ‘cars for clunkers’ program to South America. The detectives discovered from bills of lading there was a blue Audi amongst the cargo items of a container ship; and that was sufficient with other evidence to arrest him. For that scene producers attired him in the prison certainty pattern for greater geo-emphasis.
The deceased’s co-worker became the prosecution’s prime witness and because organized crime was involved and he’d already killed the witness supra she was put into round-the-clock police protection. Being in a secret location and surrounded by law enforcement didn’t prevent an attempted hit. She was being kept in a hotel and the assassin made his move disguised as a room service attendant. A shootout takes place in the hallway between him and Detective Green; the latter forcing a retreat into an open elevator where the killer took a fatal bullet.
What makes the scene all about the ‘elevator incident’ is the following:
- the assassin knocked three times when as yet undiscovered,
- the first volley of gunfire involved three shots fired,
- the suite number being 1016 (digits = 8, a China identifier),
- the second volley was five shots, and
- when a subsequent scene begins the two A.D.A.s are in the elevator and it begins with the large floor indicator at five.
The pieces of the murder mystery jigsaw puzzle begin to form around suspecting the mob boss’ defense attorney, who’d previously worked as an A.D.A., having been complicit in a string of murders related to criminal prosecutions – one of the keys being each death resulted in advancing his professional interests. When A.D.A. Cutter and Rubirosa seek an ex parte order to wiretap the lawyer’s phone, Wolf et al. script a time and date stamp with a red flagging Taylor Identifier to high profile how American intel agencies have been conducting surveillance on Chinada malfeasant for decades and more intensely since early 2003 when the decision was made to effect fundamental reform in Canada.

The dialogue between the judge and counsel was geo-formulated to underscore how Canada’s largest law firms – the ones who faced disciplinary complaints by the Custodian Chief in 2008 and of which none were successful (Submission Four) – are complicit in Security of Information Act violating depraved indifference murder of all the kinds that occurred north of the 49th Parallel and thus subject to the kinds of treatment and punishment facing the Chinada High Command because they are deemed to be fully participating members of that upper echelon of power and wealth.
Judge: You wanna eavesdrop on an attorney’s conversation with his client?
A.D.A.: When they’re plotting murders together that’s an exception the attorney-client privilege.
Judge: Well, a situation like this, the probable cause better be pretty damn good.
When the two A.D.A.s exit the judge’s chambers the malfeasant lawyer approaches them and this is where the coalition argues that its conviction rate before the ‘Iron Fist’ tribunal will be extraordinarily high:
Lawyer: You know, when I was an Assistant District Attorney, I won 102 convictions. I put an awful lot of people in jail.
As producers deliver the coalition identifier the actor is choreographed to walk past a window with horizontal blinds that cast an embellished prison certainty pattern across his face and body.
When the lawyer’s trial begins the place and date stamp is geo-politicized:

The trial serves as a forum in which to corroborate the White House invitation a coalition identifying three times. On this occasion the word “interview” and phrase “show up” were red flagged with lexiconic constituents. The first one was a Staul Maneuver and a front row jury whose wardrobe consisted of the colors of yellow, red and green – China and quantum. The second was red flagged with a Powell-Branson Maneuver; and the third another clip of the color combination timed to the phrase.
When the accused (prison certainty & justice attired) lawyer takes the stand his counsel asks him point-blank “Did you arrange to have Mr Lovitt murdered?”, producers choreographed a gallery member to execute a ‘gun to the temple’ Richie-Santelli Maneuver; immediately followed by another clip of the color combination. The objective here was to high profile surreptitious assassination without culpability that was attempted during the first three months of 2002 and then in January and February 2004; the latter leading to the political asylum application.
